For Kevin's birthday weekend we took a quick weekend trip to Vancouver, BC. It is such a beautiful city. Everything was just so amazing to see.
We visited Granville Island. They have a public market almost like Pike's. We got some yummy bread and cookies.
We then headed up to Stanley Park and had some beach time.
Oh Sophia...
We took the most amazing hike by the suspension bridge. Canada is so dang pretty.
We went to Barnaby Mountain park, where they had views all around. Yes that is a Monk behind the girls.
And of course we drove by the temple on the way out.
After being stuck in customs for and hour and getting away with a certain kinder egg we knew we had to stop by the tulip festival in Skagit County since it was going to be the best weekend for Tulips. It didn't disappoint but sure made for a long drive home.
Yes those are all Tulips, and that's not even close to all of them.

Looks like you had a fantastic trip! Those statues are AWESOME! I've never seen that before. My favorite picture is the one of the girls sitting on the statue's arms...ha ha. kids.
Super jealous! We will have to make a trip up there just like you guys. Thanks for always laying the foundation for our own family daytrips :)
