New Years fun

So I was talking to Jamie about how I should stay an extra week and send Kevin home with the car. I was just kidding at the time. About an hour later she calls me up and tells me she looked up plane tickets for me. She said if I stayed she would stay. I actually had such a fun week. Jordyn was a little of a pain with Andrew, Leah, and Tigger (dog), but it was totally worth it.

We did a lot of movies, and a lot of eating. The highlight of the week was News Years Eve. We had a ton of food and turned up the tunes for dancing. The kids had a lot of fun dancing with us and Jordyn would copy every move. But when the video camera came out Stacy was the best of us all. She has some serious "nice moves."

Sea Ranch at Christmas

This year we took a break from Christmas and spent it at Sea Ranch. It was cold but a lot of fun.

Yes Kevin is wearing a poncho. We took off for a hike with all the family and it started to pour rain. I had Jordyn in the jogger covered in layers with the umbrella out in front of her. All 3 kids were screaming. About 5 min. later the rain stopped and a rainbow came out. We were laughing because we could have waited 5 min. to leave and never get rained on.

Christmas Day

Christmas day was so nice and easy this year. We all just did stockings and a couple gifts for Jordyn. It was so simple from other years where we go all out. Jordyn had fun opening her gifts and loved her doll that Grandpa gave her.

Reunion

We were able to get together with the old crew (excluding a few that couldn't make it) when we drove back to Sacramento. It was so much fun to catch up, especially with Sean and Erica whom I haven't gotten together with in a long time. Jeremy dragged us to Mikunis (uck) which is Sushi. Then we went back to Lindseys house to watch old videos and hang out. It was a really fun night.

Stacy, Brit and I tried this new place in Sac called Adventure Land. It was ok. Unfortunately Jordyn was super grumpy and we found out the next day she had a horrible ear infection from the drive over.

Coming back

Hey guys. I swear I'm coming back soon. I decided to make my trip an extra week making a grand total of 2 weeks and 2 days. I know I'm crazy! I've skipped all responsibility and have been playing for 2 weeks. But tomorrow I will be flying back to 25 degree weather and snow. I was thinking of staying out here until April but I think Kevin might have a problem with that. Anyways, I will update my blog as soon as I get home. Not that anyone cares or is even reading this.
