Christmas Morning!!!

We had a fantastic Christmas morning. Kids got to run through the paper and were so excited with what they saw.
Wy's went straight for the rocking horse.
Girls with their stockings. Overflowing as usual.  Oops.
It was harder for Wyatt to open his. He didn't quite get it. In fact it was all harder with Wyatt because he wanted to open and play so it went a little bit slower.

Soph begged Santa for this Palace Pet. It said open last but she couldn't wait any longer and opened it in the beginning.

If you get Soph a stuffed animal she will so happy. Grandpa got her a lot and she was in heaven.
The big gift this year from us and Grandpa was a trip to Disneyland in January. The reaction wasn't what I was hoping for but I think they were a little confused. They have been talking about it non stop since Christmas. These are some happy girls!
Jords Santa gift was a telescope. The sky cooperated on Christmas so she could try it out.

Christmas Eve

We had a fun Christmas Eve, bowling and going to pizza with friends.

Had our traditional dinner of waffles, eggs, meat, meat, and more meat. Plus a million drinks.
Girls did a little skit. It was pretty cute. Sophia even gave birth.
Christmas Eve presents.
 Sporting Christmas Eve presents.
 All ready for morning

More Christmas

We went to this amazing Bethlehem Experience where we were able to see how life could have been when Jesus was on earth. The girls absolutely loved it. These pictures really suck but it was really amazing. Soph is posing next to a camel, Jord wrote her name in Hebrew. We were able to taste food samples, smell spices and perfumes, feel clothing, make jewelry and way more.
We also did a mini train ride around a gold course to see the lights. Then afterwards we roasted scores and made crafts. Santa popped out during our train ride and scared me so bad.
Girls made gingerbread houses that the Elf left for them.
 Lazy vacation days watching movies.
Decorating sugar cookies with cousins for Santa.

My days with Wyatt

Wyatt has recently discovered his nose and has become very efficient.
This man has to help me every single time I cook. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's such a pain and Kevin says its too dangerous but he just loves it. This time he had to help me make two batches of caramel.
I love this little guys faces. That's about all I loved about this day at the museum. We only lasted about an hour before his meltdown. I think I might start leaving my house again when he turns 3.  See you all in a year!
He is OBSESSED with the Polar Express train that Grandpa bought. Like 10 times a day obsessed and he just sits and watches it and loves to help with the controls.

Christmas Festivities

We saw Santa two more times this day at two different events. We went to the Snow day at the Gold Creek Church and then headed over to the Mill Creek Santa Parade. Such a fun day with just me and the girls. Kevin was a trooper and opted to stay home with Wyatt.
We also had a fun adult Christmas Party date night at Bucca. Had so much fun with my peeps wearing our crazy hats.

Jord's 9th Birthday

For Jordyn's birthday she chose to pick a friend and go ice skating. Both of my girls really loved it and can't wait to go again.

We went to build a bear so she could get her present from Grandpa. She chose a cute reindeer.
The next day for her actual birthday me and her went and saw the Nativity Festival. Then we had cake and opened presents. Unfortunately all of her birthday pictures disappeared so this is what we got:(
She was so excited to open up a Venus Fly Trap. I love how into science this cute girl is.

Our Tree

We went to our usual place (Hemstrom Farms) to pick out our Christmas tree this year and ended up back in the same spot where we cut down the previous 2. We found my favorite tree to date.

This is Santa number 1 out of 6-7? I lost track.
Here it is.  It just looks so short outside.
 Kevin taking a breather.

Nope not so short.  We had so many people ask us how we got it in our house. Well here's how.

Finished product. 15 ft 5 inches.

Our second Santa sighting came the next day in Monroe. We decorated some cookies, had hot cocoa, and played in fake snow.

Elf Came back on December 1st and brought the kids a little present.

November Stuff

I just love this picture of my babies being silly watching TV.
Jordyn did awesome in soccer this year. She was such a great little defender.  We had a fun little pizza party after the coldest soccer game ever. Girls were all drenched from the pouring rain.
We had a last minute mini vacation to the Great Wolf Lodge. I'd love to say it was so much fun but really Wyatt was such a pain. He didn't sleep the entire night and cried and whined most of the time. Thinking about being a hermit for the next year.

Wyatt make shift bed that didn't work.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving this year. We hosted 3 other families. The food was all so yummy. Wys helped me make whip cream, or lick it.
 Kids loved the craft table.
 Cute little Indians.
Of course all the kids wanted to play with Kevin.
 Kid Table
The tradition continues with gumdrop turkeys.
After the feast we browsed the catalogs then had a fun night Black Friday shopping with these girls.
