A Day in the Life

I went to the girls school for the end of year BBQ. Sophs was early and Jords last so I ended up having to stick around for 3 hours. It was a long day but so fun to see my girls and what they do every day at school. 

The Activity Girls had a pinewood derby. Our car didn't do amazing but it sure looked cool. Jordyn designed and painted it and Kevin shaped it. She won the peoples choice award for the best looking  car.

 We did a fun date night except us girls went and saw a chick flick and sent the boys to Captain America.

 We had a crazy hot weekend in Washington and with no a/c we needed to do something about it. I busted out the sprinkler and the kids had such a good time.

We also had some bubble fun. 

 That night our family was invited to a swimming birthday party.  It was great timing to get out of the heat.
