We had a fun weekend trip to Little Sahara for Randy's birthday. We just did an over night trip. We got there in time to set up camp just before dark and enjoy a campfire.
Sophia was getting ready to go out. She's always so scared at first but really liked going for rides this time.

The campground was so nice for the kids because it was a big sandbox. Not so nice by the end of the day though. My kids were disgusting and covered with the stuff. 
I was looking through my blog and it is mostly kid pictures so I thought I would add in an adult picture. Not that it's anything exciting but I'm sure everyone is sick of the same pictures.
Shandra and I took the kids to play on the dunes while the boys went to ride up sand mountain on their bikes. Jordyn loved running up and down the hills. It got a little windy though and Sophia kept crying whenever sand would blow in her face. 
It was a really fun trip. I'm so excited for summer and going camping every weekend. Well, not every. I was looking at the pile of things to pack for 1 night and it was pretty ridiculous, but we definitely want to try to get out as much as possible. Thanks Randy and Shandra for the invite!
