Sac Time

After Sea Ranch I decided last minute to stay in Sacramento for an extra week. I'm so glad I did because I had such a good time.

The first day Jason and Stacy took us boating. Jordyn and Sophia were scared at first but warmed up quickly. Jordyn even went on the tube and I took Sophia too.

Kiel (my nephew) is one of the only people who Sophia will go too. Thanks for all your help. I might have died without it.

That night we went to the drive-ins to see Cars II with my sisters and their families. Sophia was left home with Grandpa so it was so much fun.

So much fun other than the fact that it was 52 degrees and windy in CA in July!!!! Yes I was freezing. I had to take a hot bath when I got home and was still cold.

The rest of my trip was spent hanging out with friends. Britni, Lindsey, and Laura all came over a couple days in a row. The house was chaotic with all the children but we still managed to have a good time. Sorry Kiel, Emily, and Helena for putting up with it. You are all troopers! I don't know why I didn't get any pictures. We had some BBQ Kebabs thanks to Kiel and his awesome cooking and pretty much swam all day long. Which was how Jordyn went from not sticking her head under water to what you see below. That and a little help from my sis in law Stacy (the swim lesson whisperer). Thanks Stace, I owe you big!
