This last weekend we decided on another drive, this time up Big Cottonwood Canyon. These pictures are at Brighton Ski Resort next to the lake. (which you cant see). The colors were the most amazing sight I've ever seen. Even though it was raining we had a great time. We made our way after this across a pass to park city where we got hot chocolate and walked around. It was an amazing day and took my mind off the fact that it was Oct. 4th and "Death Day."

I love silver lake. It looks like you all had fun.
I didn't realize that was the day. Hopefully you made it through the day ok. The sights were enough to perk you up I hope.
It is amazing how hard that date can be every year... sorry!
